OUR CLASSES:

  • This class will take you through a rigorous flow connecting movement with breath. There is no music through most of the class, providing a quiet space to better hear your inner thoughts and breath. Moving through the sequences at a faster pace, may allow you to burn more calories, strengthen your cardiovascular endurance and allow you to discover your highest self. To enhance your practice, we harness the cutting-edge technology of infrared heating systems, enveloping the room in a radiant warmth that permeates your muscles from within. We set the temperature to 90 degrees.

  • This class is the same as our Power Vinyasa class with the addition of a carefully curated music playlist to infuse your class with high-energy, fun, and motivational vibes.

  • The foundations of a power vinyasa class are broken down with attention given to alignment of body and inclusion of breath. This class is great for those looking for more guidance in the poses or who may be newer to the practice of yoga but want a full body workout. A carefully curated music playlist will provide for a heart pumping, fun and inspirational class. All levels are welcome.

  • This class is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in asanas or poses for an extended period of time, with the aid of props, without strain or pain, you can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Props, like blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps and chairs are used so that you are supported in your pose comfortably. This practice is great to balance an active yoga schedule or to give yourself a pause when you simply need to rest. Leave feeling restored, relaxed, and re-balanced. Non-Heated. All levels welcome.

  • A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. This practice is designed to help you sit longer, and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine).

  • This is a mat pilates class that emphasizes core work. This class utilizes props and your own body weight to strengthen all of the muscles that make up your core. Compliment your yoga practice with this class. We set the temperature to 80 degrees. All levels welcome.

  • A form of active recovery that will stretch and lengthen your entire body. Whether your are an athlete or weekend warrior, this class will help improve your overall performance, quicken your recovery process, and lessen the occurrence of injury. This class is the perfect in-between of a Restorative Flow and Vinyasa Flow class. We set the temperature at 80 degree to 76 degrees. All levels welcome.

  • This class falls in alignment with our Power Vinyasa Vibes class with the addition of light free weights. The addition of free weights will allow you to increase your metabolism and lean muscle mass, while still enjoying the many benefits of yoga. By combining yoga postures with strength-building power moves such as squats, lunges, and burpees, this full body workout is designed to tone, sculpt, and increase your overall strength and endurance. A carefully curated music playlist will provide for a heart pumping, fun and challenging class. This class is for the practitioner looking to challenge and change-up their yoga routine in a safe way. Class is set at room temperature.

  • This class will introduce children to the many benefits of yoga! We will experience the power of our breath, use mindfulness to help us feel calm and learn yoga poses through story and pretend play. With a foundation in social-emotional learning, children will be empowered to listen to their bodies, learn to recognise and acknowledge their emotions and have lots of fun while doing it - through stories, yoga adventures, music and games. After plenty of movement, we end class with a final relaxation to send everyone off into the rest of their day feeling peaceful and grounded. Ages: 4-9
